Qualfon is hiring experienced Sales Representatives to field inbound chat communication from our client's customers and close the sale via an outbound call.

We are an inbound chat sales center - which means that customers are contacting you for assistance with purchasing a product or service! Doing Sales means simply answering chats and helping the customer to decide what products and services they need!

What you will be doing:

Field inbound chat communication from customers regarding mobile devices and plans

Meet and exceed Sales expectations

Place outbound call to customer who chats in and assist them with closing the sale

Highly driven to reach the many incentives and cash commissions

Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment

Read inbound chats and identify a customer’s need

Care for your customers, by servicing existing accounts, finding out additional needs, and placing orders for any desired services or products

Maintain composure in escalated situations and resolve with proper techniques

What skills you will need:

· GED or High School Diploma required

· Sales skills

· Minimum one-year previous sales/customer service experience required

· One year of call center experience strongly preferred

· Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy required

· Ability to multi-task efficiently

· Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required

· Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

· Manages emotions and maintains positive energy

· Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
